Malvern Family Resource Centre is the Lead Agency for the Rouge River Ontario Early Years Centre. Ontario Early Years Centres are places where parents and caregivers can get answers to questions, information about programs and services that are available for young children, and an opportunity to talk to early years professionals, as well as other parents and caregivers in the community.

Malvern Family Resource Centre provides a wide array of programs and services for children 0 to 6 years old and their parents. Some of the specialized services include Speech and Language .Extended evening and weekend hours are provided to accommodate working parents so that they can participate in our programs and access our services .
