Women's Place offers a variety of programs and services for women including:
Information & Referrals: Women's Place has access to over 200 community programs & services offered in Toronto .
Beginners Computer Class : This class is designed to cover the basic of computer including Microsoft Word, Email and Internet Use as well as developing keyboarding skills. This is a registered program.

Information Spotlights : These workshops are provided by guest speakers from Women's Place and other agencies to address specific issues for women. Topics vary from month to month. Check our monthly calendar to check what workshops are happening this month.

Seren-I-tea: Seren-I-Tea is held monthly where women are encouraged
to drop in to the Centre and join others in a calm space for relaxed discussion
and share experiences on topics relevant to them or just relax in a safe space with
some tea.

Women’s Voices: “Expressing our self-worth”
This group focuses on self-healing; creating platforms for open and active dialogues that move women towards once another and not away from each other. This group aims to help you feel more positive about yourself. You will be encouraged to recognized and acknowledge your life’s purpose. The group’s activities will allow you to engage and share creative and technical skills through personal stories, practical experiences and inherent wisdom that foster a vision of hope, courage, possibility and visibility for all.

Healthy Woman Program: “Mind, Body & Soul”
The Healthy Woman program will offer information and resources to women who wish to learn more about their health and adopt a healthy lifestyle. The program will allow you to examine all major areas of your life and work toward a balance of attention to others and self, and to the major aspects of your emotional, spiritual and physical being.

Multicultural Women’s Wellness Group: :Encouraging the richness of culture”
This is a support group for Punjabi women who are dealing resettlement stress and adaptation issues. All program activities will be offered in Punjabi and you will have an opportunity to link with other women in similar situations to yourself.
