VOLUNTEERS

Women's Place volunteers are dedicated and skilled in providing women with information and referrals. Our volunteers are invaluable in supporting our programs, services and women in our community. Volunteers participate in 20 hours of training, which includes topics such as: communication skills, helping relationships, women abuse, crisis and suicide prevention, valuing diversity, and fundamentals of information referrals.

Volunteers and staff at Women's Place can provide you services in the following languages: Arabic, Cantonese, English, French, Hindi, Mandarin, Pahan, Persian, Punjabi, Tamil & Urdu

Women's Place is recruiting volunteers to provide information and referrals. Training is provided. If you have 3-8 hours per week to spare and are interested in volunteering, please complete the application form and return to Women's Place.
