MFRC offers welcoming and affordable programs for children from birth to age 12, from EarlyON and after-school care to camps and PA Day fun.

At MFRC, EarlyON is more than a drop-in, it’s a place where routines bring comfort, where play sparks learning, and where families feel seen, supported, and connected.

Through EarlyON, you and your child under the age of 6 can:
-Join engaging, hands-on activities like storytelling, sing-alongs, reading circles, and cooperative games
-Get guidance from professionals trained in early childhood development
-Discover other family services and supports available in your community Connect with other parents and caregivers in a welcoming space

Thanks to your support, nutrition is now built into every session, helping families stay longer, participate more fully, and feel at home. Whether it’s a shared book, a snack after play, or a familiar face at the door, EarlyON helps children build confidence and connection from the very start.

Running across eight locations, our high-quality and affordable programs support children in JK to Grade 6 with:

When school is out, MFRC is in.

At MFRC, we offer safe, fun, and enriching experiences for children during school breaks, and the summer months, so families have consistent, trusted options all year long. Programs are designed for children in JK through Grade 8 and are both affordable and accessible. With hands-on activities and themed experiences, there’s something for every interest and age.

MFRC’s Out-of-School programs include:
-Each program includes healthy snacks and is led by trained, welcoming staff who create a space where children build friendships, try new things, and feel like they belong.
