With a dynamic and people-centered approach, Dominique brings forth a decade of expertise in learning and development, staff training, wellness, health and safety, human resources, and community-based program delivery. Her experience encompasses a wide spectrum of skills that contribute to effective service delivery.

Anjali leads a diverse youth team in providing youth development, leadership, academic supports, advocacy, recreation, mental health and career programming and services for over 900 youth annually. In her time at MFRC Anjali has incorporated her passions for gaming, music and anime into her various programs and has a strong artistic background that she shares with participants.

With 20 years of dedicated involvement in the field of children, Anusha makes a lasting difference in the lives of Malvern’s youngest residents. Anusha has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education along with a Certificate in Not-for-Profit Leadership and Volunteer Management.

Fadi is an accomplished and goal-driven offering more than 15 years’ extensive experience with finance, management, and tactical business leadership. Being a diplomatic leader and analytical thinker, Fadi inspires and cultivates productive working relationships with team members and partners.

Sumant brings a wealth of experience, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful fundraising campaigns, donor engagement strategies, and grant acquisition efforts. His leadership and strategic vision enabling MFRC to expand its reach and make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

Amy has been working in Community Development for 20+ years developing, managing, evaluating and scaling programs for Newcomers, Seniors, Women and Food Justice.
